Is a health care staff provider and Transitional Housing operator. 

Incorporated on Feb 14, 2018 and opened its doors for business on June 2018.

Specializes in the provision of in-home, community health care and support services to individuals with autism, developmental, mental, and behavioral challenges. Our services are geared towards providing choices, preferences, respect, and values, promote social inclusion and independence for individuals in our care

Provides unique Transition House program arrangements under our Transitional Housing Program. Our Transitional Housing program is aim at bridging the gap between endless waiting list and long term care placement. 

The focus of our organization has been towards the provision of quality and timely support services to Children and Youths, individuals with various Mental Illnesses, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Individuals in shelters, young adults in transition, individuals with Challenging Behavior, and Acquired Brain Injury.

Our staff are trained to work at various settings including family homes, hospitals, vocational rehabilitation centers, shelters, in Private homes, group homes, as well as nursing homes.

We have made it our passion to invest time and energy in hiring qualified and experienced Child & Youth Workers, Personal Support Workers, and Developmental Service Workers.

Impact provides highly trained staffing for

Families in need of respite relief and support for their loved ones, in-home, group homes, hospitals, community settings, on behalf of Third Party Agencies {TPA} and/or as part of a collaborative support plan involving a larger community healthcare professionals.

Our personnel are certified from reputable college with a wide range of experience, knowledge and skills in supporting individuals with various diagnosis i.e. mental illnesses, Brain injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Learning Difficulties. We understands the staffing requirements of our customers and can satisfactorily meet their needs.

THE PERSONNEL WE PROVIDE INCLUDE 

Child and Youth Workers {CYW}:
Our Child and Youth Workers work with children and adolescents (3-18) with various diagnosis and their families. We get referrals from various organizations like Children's Aid Society, Resources For exceptional Children and Youth, Catulpa Community Support Services, Open Custody group homes for young offenders, Residential and Day Treatment Programs in Children's Mental Health Centers, Schools and LakeRidge Hospital Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit{PICU}. Our CYW works with BCBA, Teachers, Social Workers, Psychologists, Doctors/Psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals involve in our clients’ care. Our CYW are experienced in participating in the development and implementation of treatment plans to promote the best quality care our client deserves.

Developmental Service Workers {DSW}:
Our Developmental Service Workers promote the development and maintenance of health and wellbeing, life skills, and personal empowerment of people with developmental disabilities. They have theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the social service, education and health areas. Our Developmental Service Worker supports people of all ages with different linguistic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds and their families, in a large range of community settings. Our DSW supports individuals to promote their rights and meet their responsibilities in ways that empowers them.

Personal Support Workers {PSW}:
Our Personal Support Workers provide personal care support services to individuals and their families; support in the community, at home, long-term care facilities and institutions. Our Services include assistance with activities of daily living, personal care and hygiene. Our Personal Support Workers are expected to use judgment in responding to the needs of their clients, however, they are not expected to diagnose, assess or to respond to acute or unexpected situations (beyond any emergency assistance which might be required).

Health Care Aids {HCA}:
Health Care Aides work in the community and in client’s homes. They assist people with daily activities, such as household management and meal preparation. There is often an emphasis placed on personal freedom, individuality, interpersonal skills, safety, and abuse awareness.
